WeGo Delivery is an execution company that maneuvers a variety of local independent drivers who delivery food goods other products to customers from restaurants and local stores. WeGo Delivery pick up and deliver items to customers designated location who may not have the time to shop due to their busy schedule, sick and/or disabled, have no transportation or may just dont want to leave their home or business. WeGo Delivery is a third party service and may or may not be affiliated with other companies. An establishment may or may not choose to use the service of WeGo Delivery. Customers are able to utilize the online website to request the service we offer at www.WeGoDelivery.com. WeGo Delivery accept secure online payments. Once payment is received a dispatcher will place your order with the restaurant or store of your choice, dispatch the nearest driver to pick up your order, check your order to ensure your order is correct and deliver your order to your home, business or office. The service provided by WeGo Delivery is fast, convenient, secure and most importantly affordable.
Do I tip my driver?
Drivers of WeGo Delivery are self-employed drivers whom are not paid an hourly pay. Tips to the drivers are welcomed greatly appreciated, if the service you receive is great. If you feel the service provided to you by any driver of WeGo Delivery does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact a member of management. Please also share the great service provided to you by WeGo Delivery by recommending our company to your friends, family, co-workers and associates and also leaving a short review and 5 star rating on our website at www.WeGoDelivery.com. Our drivers carry $10.00 or less for their safety. When tipping the driver, please be sure to have the exact amount you intend to tip your driver with.

What if I have a complaint? Who do I contact?
If you have a complaint, concern or question, please notify WeGo Delivery immediately. Unfortunately, WeGo Delivery is not responsible for the taste, quality or quantity of your food order. WeGo Delivery is responsible for the actions of the drivers ONLY.
What should I do if I want or need to cancel my order?
In a case you need to cancel your order, you may cancel 5 minutes after place your order. You will not be charged for cancellation of your food order, but the fees for the delivery are nonrefundable. Please make sure the order you place is an order you want to avoid these charges.
What happens if Im not present to receive my order when the driver arrive?
With the demand of the business and customers, drivers are not allowed to wait no more the 5 minutes at any residence if you are not present to receive your delivery. If an order is undeliverable, NO refund will be given to the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
What if I give the incorrect delivery address?
Once the driver is out for delivery, we are unable to change the delivery address. The customer will be charged for the food and additional fees to reroute their delivery to another address. Remember, the delivery address information is entered by the customer. Please ensure the delivery address information is correct before submitting your order to avoid additional charges. Encase we cant get in touch with you ,your money will not be refunded and your order will be disposed of. But if you call back and reorder you will have to pay for the first order or we will have to block your address.
Could I have a gift delivered with my food order?
Yes. Please keep in mind there is a delivery fee associated with each delivery pick up order.
Do you pickup from multiple locations?
Yes. Please keep in mind there is a delivery fee associated with each pick up location.
What if one or more of my items are missing from the order I place? Wego will be responsible for any missing items if the order has been check and the items were there before leaving the vendor establishment. If this is the case please contact Wego customer service immediately soon as you notice a item is missing. We will do our best to handle the situation quickly in a professional manner.
